Haven't been posting lately because I'm under Study Rule!

The Study rule forces me to complete 10 hours of studying before I can report for service on that weekend!

In total:

Saturday: MT (1hour)

Sunday: None.

Monday: Bio (1 hour)

Tuesday: Bio (1 hour)

Wednesday: Bio (1 hour), SS (30 mins.)

Thursday: Physics (1 hour), Bio (1 hour) , Chem (30 mins).

Friday: Potluck subjects.

Yeahhh. 4 hours of Bio. And I'm only done until Chapter 2.

Really got to prioritise Bio down next time, haha.

I went to Church for the Night Service with Dr A. R. Bernard (o: AWESOME.) with guests Pst. Kong Hee ( CHC Founder o:)!

We had a sharing session for half-an hour!

Then we went home.

Whatever Dr A. R. Bernard preached today is super awesome! Wow, I'm just amazed. In fact, go buy the DVD, won't spoil it, haha! Just know that Luke 2:52 is our vision!

So, you all know I'm on a Bible Reading Plan, rightt.

And I'm trying to post some stuff on my blog everyday interesting, rightt.

And I had no idea, so I just thought of my lovely Bible!

I realised that I can group up some of the Bibles together, so that, for me, I can memorise the Books Sequences much more easier. Really :D.

Let's start:

Old Testament:

Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy for me, is considered as one series. I consider it that way as they haven't gotten the Promised Land yet. (Before PL, After PL :P.)

Joshua and Judges come next, as they deal with after PL but before the Kings, a significant event.

Ruth appears out of nowhere, but gives the context of the next series...

1,2 Samuel/ 1,2 Kings I consider as a series, as it details the kings of Isreal/Judah, until the Babylonian Captivity period.

1,2 Chronicles are pretty much almost a recap of everything before this! (With added information.)

Ezra and Nehemiah are talking about almost the same thing, so one series!

The Book of Esther, I don't know.

The Book of Job is significant by its ownself (:

Psalms all the way to Song of Songs are a series together, as they're recorded verses from diffrent people (:. Exception of Ecclesiastes, which I have no idea what is all about.

Isaiah to Ezekiel are a series, as they're like MAJOR prophets. You'll see their name.

Daniel is a book I don't know where to place. Major or Minor? Speaking of which...

Hosea all the way to Malachi is a series, as they're Minor Prophets! Just because they're minor doesn't mean anything (:.

New Testament:

This is easy! :D.

Matthew to Apostles is a series, as it details the the acts of Jesus Christ!

Romans to Jude are Epistles, so that's one series.

Revelations is Revelations.

Yay!

I haven't been catching up with BEP's recently :(.

...which means that my next music album is The E.N.D!

I don't care what reviewers might say about it, but hey, BEP's have always been one of my favourite bands, in lots of ways <3.

For one: Their lyrics are often really well-done. (unless if it was don't phunk with my heart. HAHAHA!)

For two: They're a dance/hip-hop group! And I hear for the album, they're going into electro-hop. Two of my favourite genres together = Love!

For Three: The band members themselves symbolise something. Find out yourself :).

For Four: Really loved them since forever. What, that makes a reason!

For Five: They're not rap. Oh wait, but I hear you say "Isn't hip-hop like rap?", then after that I'll be like raging at you saying "ORUEUPOWEJPWEJGWE NO IT ISN'T YOU DUMBARSE, LRN UR MUSIC!", then they'll say "Hip-hop is rap what!", then I'll just scream "HARHARHARHARHARHARHAR SO FUNNY." when it's not funny.

Yar, so Hip-Hop. NOT RAP.

In essence, tomorrow's end of 2 Chronicles, and as far as I know, the furthust that I have a bit of a general idea of! From then on it's all I don't know anything until Hosea, and from there, to New Testament. WHEE.

AYG Day 1!

My gawd, like today was so awesome!

So, I didn't go to School today, heard some wacky AYG thing happened, but oh wait, I was like that at the Swissotel actually IN the AYG place, ohmygawd!

Swanky place. Even their toilets are actually hotel-styled.

Timeline:

7am: Reach Swissotel.

7-730: Stumbled around the whole place finding out everything. Missed breakfast, I heard from my Liason Officer that it was a buffet! GAH.

730: Meet the Uzbekistan Swimming Team! They're taller than us :(.

730-800: Travel to Woodlands, Singapore Sports School for the Swimming Training. Slept on the bus. Sleep.

800-1030: At Singapore's Sports School. While waiting for them I did my SS homework. No motivation whatsoever!

1030-1100: Back to the Swissotel!

1100-1200: Lunch Buffet, yo! It was pretty alright. Met up with the Liason Officers' of the Uzbekistan Team. They're funny ladies. Heard Melissa went off already.

1200-230: We went to a basketball practise *cough* at ITE Colledge West with the Uzbekistan Basketball team. Pretty cool.

230-300: Back to the Swissotel!

300: Depart and head back home.

I realized that there were two training sessions on each day. Tomorrow, I'm going for the morning session only.

This means that I'm pretty much skipping half of school tomorrow. Yipee.

God of the Generations.

Huh. What a powerful sermon.

It really got me thinking about everything. When I first went into HoGC that day, I was feeling lethargic and wavering in faith. However, after that service, I felt the spirit overblasting within me. And on the way home and back to Church, I kept thinking about it. On how God can see into Generations.

"Today... I'm leaving all my troubles behind..." - Today

For those not in the know, while going to Church on Sunday, thinking about the sermon on Saturday, I thought about incubation of friends and the ways I can see it, and thinking in Generations. when suddenly something told me:

"Don't think that far in generations."

I was shocked by that, and immediately thought it was the devil. I tried to shun it, but then came the words that confirmed it was from our Heavenly Father. It went something like this:

"Generations and your life... they're closely related..."

Of course, I started thinking about it. Going through everything, I started to wonder...

What if the people we save can be considered as generations?

Looking down the road, maybe we can save a person who has a younger sibling. Maybe from there, we can save the younger sibling. Maybe that younger sibling can start a new revival in a new school.

"We seek your face and trust your name..." - Our God Reigns

Maybe... just maybe... this might lead to a saving chain.

Maybe... we can spark off a revival in more schools.

Maybe... we can save the future generation.

Maybe... we can save the entire nation.

Maybe... we can actually save the world.

"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." - 1 Corinthians 10:31

Hallelujah. We can save this world if we have faith in it. We can do all this.

This'll be my new goal then! We can save this nation! No matter how long it takes, 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, or even when we die, we can save this nation! We can achieve these miracles if we have faith and believe!

Let's achieve all these, shall we? We can make it happen. Who knows, maybe that next person you save, might actually be the start of a chain to revivals! I'm looking foward to a brighter day from now on, knowing that it'll happen soon enough! Hallelujah!

Reach Church, forgot to morning call Siok Mei, had follow-up with Nicholas bout' Lesson 5 (Shh.), did fellowship with the CG, traded UnChristian for Nicholas's The 4th Dimension. More on that next time.

Pastor Steve Munsey is seriously, one of THE best Pastors I've seen. [Considering how many I've seen, ummm, all of them are the best :D.] Pastors weren't joking when they said he'll bring the house down.

The main thing he was preaching to us was that love is a choice, from God or from anyone else. And he acted out the story of Hosea in a modern setting. Buy the CD or talk to me about it plz :D.

But what I can tell you that it's a dance-filled, comedy-filled, serious-filled, drama-filled story. After that, he told us a serious message about God's Plans, and asked us all to come out to pray for our friends. Pastor How even joined in to lead the prayers! Really touching, and I think that God really sent him down to give not just me, but all of us not just a message, but a LOT of messages.

After Service:

Hanged around for a while and said bye to Pastor Steve Munsey :D. I WANT THAT CROSS MP3 PRAYER! [Mistake made on purpose.]

Dinner: McDolnalds, but I packed over some KFC. What.

CG Outing: Dhoby Ghaut! [ Pictures embed when it comes.]

- Thanks to Vincen, Siok Mei, Nicholas and Alicia for the new T-Shirt! Love ya guys. [Just remember to pay Vincen! (Sorry if I spell your name wrongly, one side says this, other side says that :D.)

We had lunch at JustAcia. Fried Chicken and Ice Cream is nice. Also, we shared stories on how we got saved by the love of Jesus!

After that, we went around window-shopping, before Alicia temproary leaves for Follow-Up with Nicholas. From there, the trio went to Bugis Street to meet up with Gets and Apple to help Apple buy a cap!

After that confusing place, we went to this new shopping mall. Vincen said that the newspaper said it was ugly. Agreed, but it was really really open inside! And then we went around looking at various vendors before heading to the arcade to look around to watch people grab stuff and play Taiko, then heading to this anime shop to ignore everything except Domo-kun.

Right after that, we went back to Bugis Junction to help Vincen buy a watch for his mother before meeting up with Alicia (again.)

After that, Duck Rice/ Kway Chap for dinner. Alright I suppose, before Gets/Apple/Vincen split up to go back home. Alicia, Siok Mei and me had a plan for my mother though, so we stayed around to hang out with Nicholas and co.

After the plan, we went back home. I'll talk more about it at Mother's Day.

2/5/09: Service.

Temperature Taking Exercise in Church in case of Swine Flu!

Team Prayer Meeting at 12pm! It wasn't as powerful as the team prayer last week, as we didn't feel the presence of God strongly, strangely.

During lunch, we learnt that Jing Hong loves to disgust people!

After Zone F Service, I got UnChristian! More about the book next time.

Service was super powerful today, I still can feel my throat burning! Although it was a repeat of a previous service, it was still very. powerful. It felt that the overwhelming presence goes inside you, and you JUST had to give it back or you'll explode. Seriously.

Nothing else noteworthy I think...?

Oh, and speaking of it, the School of Worship is open! I'm sooo going in as a bassist. It's going to be awe-some.

Today is a day I will remember.

...the second half anyway.

First half, E Math and SS Paper were difficult! I still remember rushing for time for SS when I only had like 5 minutes to finish my Compare and Contrast. Don't get me started on E Math.

But after that, it was all fun. To Summarize:

- Group: Yan Zhou, Leon, Han Qi, Hamster, Me.

-- Lunch: Seoul Garden. Mishaps happen when you have a buffet ;).

-- Arcade. Guitarrr Heroo. Knights of Cydoniaaa.

Then, a trip to my Grandma's house to change to go to...

- Group: C2.

-- Dinner: Subway. $5.40 for any meal!

-- Hanging out at Reception. We love drawing on other's papers.

-- 24 Prayer.

Then, back home.

Main point of this entire group has to be 24 Prayer. First, we watched a video that tells us about how much prayer can do, how effective specific prayers are, and how much God's Will helps out the people who love them.

Second, it was the Prayer itself. It was... beautiful. I can't describe it, I cried.

Then, it was back home.

Typing this line. Yeah.

Hi!

So, basically, today we had EL Paper.

Paper 1

I wrote something about Regret when some guy got drunk, scolds wife, then after that divorce, then after that suicide. It's really boring.

Letter was awesome though. Chances are I wrote out of format. Nevermind!

Paper 2

A: Monkeys. Monkeys. Monkeys.

B: Elephants, Elephants, Elephants.

Wow, why are our classmates in there? I don't know.

Questions are alright.

Summary was awesome.

Hope I pass.

So yeah.

Oh, and 24 Prayer Meeting tommorow @ Church. 8-10pm, I want to have 3am-5am! Nevermind, no parental objections is better than having any if the first place.

Study Rule pt. 3 - E Maths (1 1/2 h) and SS (1 1/2 h). After that, it's 9/10 hours completed!
